Hyman B. Polakoff, CPA, Partner Emeritus

Mr. Polakoff, a founding partner, is a graduate of the University of Buffalo. His primary areas of specialty are estate planning, business valuations, structuring and restructuring companies and business consulting. He has maintained an active presence in the NYSSCPA for many years, serving on various committees. They include holding the office of Treasurer in the Buffalo Chapter and being a member of the Estate Planning Committee, the Income, Estates and Trusts Committee and the Peer Review Committee. He is also past president of the Estate Analysts of WNY.

Mr. Polakoff was on the Board and Executive Committee of the Jewish Federation of Greater Buffalo for over 20 years and is a past Treasurer. He is also a past President of Temple Beth Zion, a past Chairman of the Harry & Jeanette Weinberg Campus and a past President of the Rosa Coplon Nursing Home.
